YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, in plain language.

Who receives your enquiry
Maracuya Labs, operated by Ilai Bachrach, receives the information you submit through this website or our Facebook and Instagram enquiry forms. For questions about your data or to request deletion, email ilaibachrach@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry, we save your name, email, company, optional company website, selected services, company size, approximate budget or preferred payment arrangement and any notes you provide. We use this information to respond to you, prepare an introductory conversation and discuss a potential project. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
We also save campaign labels included in the page link, such as which ad campaign brought you here. With your permission, the Meta Pixel measures page visits and completed Cal.com bookings so we can understand and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. It may use advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, your IP address and browser information to attribute visits and bookings. We do not send your questionnaire answers, budget, name or email through our pixel integration. The pixel is off until you choose “Allow measurement”; declining does not prevent you from making an enquiry or booking. Our hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and secure the website.
You can change your advertising preference at any time using Cookie settings below. Our advertising provider is Meta; see Meta’s privacy policy. Withdrawing consent stops further pixel events from this website.
Where your information goes
Website enquiries are stored on our hosting provider, Railway, and are accessible to Maracuya Labs through protected access. Enquiries submitted inside Facebook or Instagram are processed by Meta and made available to Maracuya Labs through its lead management tools. If you use an embedded booking calendar, the calendar provider also processes information according to its own privacy notice. The calendar is loaded after you submit a website enquiry, or when you open a dedicated booking page. Appointment invitations and Google Meet details are managed by the booking provider and Google.
Your choices
Only share information relevant to your enquiry; please do not include sensitive personal information in the form. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry, or ask us to stop contacting you, using the email above. We keep enquiry information while responding to and discussing your project, and remove it when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
